Privacy
Receiptmark works from receipts you forward. That is the only mail we ever see.
What we receive
Only the email messages you forward to your Receiptmark address. We never connect to your mailbox, and we have no access to anything you don't forward.
What we keep
From each receipt: the merchant, the amount, the currency, the charge date, the plan name, and the subject and sender lines — so we can show you why we think something is a subscription. The raw message body is not stored. When a receipt fails to parse we keep the error and the sending domain for seven days so we can fix the parser, then it is deleted automatically.
Processing
To read a receipt we send its text to a large language model provider, which processes it and returns the structured fields above. Providers under contract are not permitted to train on it.
Accounts
You can use Receiptmark without an account. If you choose Sign in with Apple we store the identifier Apple gives us, so a new phone can restore your data. If you enable alerts we store a push token. Nothing else.
Aggregate statistics
We track which cancellation routes actually work, so the instructions improve. Those records are keyed by a salted one-way hash and cannot be traced back to you.
Deletion
Delete everything at any time from Settings, or by emailing the address below. Deletion removes your subscriptions, charges, alias and account. It is immediate and it is not recoverable.
What we never do
We do not sell or share your data. We do not show ads. We do not ask for bank credentials, and Receiptmark has no way to connect to a bank account.
