Choose 'Cancel subscription' and confirm

What they don't tell you

Free-trial cancellations must land before the trial's final day or the year bills in full.
Apple-billed subscriptions must be cancelled in iOS Settings.

If you subscribed through Apple

Headspace cannot cancel a subscription that Apple bills. On your iPhone open Settings → your name → Subscriptions, choose Headspace, then Cancel Subscription. Check your receipt: if it came from Apple, that is your route.
