How to cancel Duolingo Super
Cancel Duolingo Super at www.duolingo.com/settings/duolingo-plus. Sign in, then work through to the final confirmation screen.
Step by step
- Open duolingo.com/settings/duolingo-plus on the web
- Choose 'Turn off automatic renewal'
- Confirm - Super runs to the end of the period
What they don't tell you
- The mobile app cannot cancel an App Store purchase - most Duolingo subscriptions are Apple-billed. Check Settings → Subscriptions first.
- Your streak and progress survive cancellation.
If you subscribed through Apple
Duolingo Super cannot cancel a subscription that Apple bills. On your iPhone open
Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose Duolingo Super and cancel there.
Check the receipt: if it came from Apple, that is your route.
